Payments
No we don't, unless you have a repeat order with us – in this case the card details are stored securely within our repeat order software and we don't have access to the card information, only the last 4 digits and expiry date. We can update card details over the phone with you.
Yes, we offer both LayBuy and AfterPay at checkout as payment options.
We offer an internet banking option called PoliPay or Poli Internet Banking created by the Australian Post Office. You will find this payment option at checkout.

Refunds can take up to 10 days as we, the merchant, have to send your refund back to your credit card issuer before they can credit your account for the purchase. If after 10 days you cannot see your refund, please contact either us or your bank.
This is common occurence for customers using ASB cards and we have communicated this to ASB. If after 5 working days, the payment marked “pending” does not disappear, please contact your bank. If you are not with ASB, please contact us.
Shipping
For orders under $99, shipping is $5.95. For orders $99 and over, shipping is free for orders to New Zealand and Australia.

If the order has not yet been sent from our warehouse, we can add these delivery instructions for you. If your parcel has been sent, you can “Add delivery instructions” through the tracking link provided in your dispatch email.
Start by checking everywhere on your property (mailbox, front door, back door, deck...), as well as checking with your surrounding neighbours if the parcel was inadvertently delivered to them - this can sometimes happen. Once these have been checked and the parcel is still nowhere to be found, either contact NZ Post on 0800 501 501 or through this online form: https://www.nzpost.co.nz/contact-support/assistance/parcels. Alternatively, you can contact us if you have trouble.

If the order has not yet been sent from our warehouse, you can contact us to request a change of address. Otherwise you can “Redirect my parcel” in the tracking link provided in the dispatch email. Please note if this is done too late there is no guarantee this will be taken into account by NZ Post.

Our Repeat Order option is a cost effective and convenient way of ensuring you always have a supply of product. Repeat orders will also offer you a saving of up to 35% off, with the flexibility a 30, 60, 120 day term.
Our system automatically advises you by email a couple of days prior to the order being dispatched, which gives you the option to adjust your order, reflect your preferred date or to cancel if required.

We try our best to recommend the best time for you to take our supplements, taking into account all the ingredients and how they best work in the body. However they can be taken when most convenient to you.

Slight changes in colour (or smell in some cases) may naturally occur in different batches, as we use all natural ingredients and do not use nasty chemicals.
Provided the supplement bottle hasn’t expired and hasn’t been left open and/or exposed, they are fine to consume.
All of our product containers except the 35g cream pump bottles are 100% recyclable.
