• Arnica - Arnica is a plant commonly found in mountainous regions, known for its bright yellow flowers. It’s commonly used in topical creams for its fast-soothing properties deliver comfort to minor bumps and bruises.
• Emu Oil - Emu oil is a type of oil derived from the fat of emus. It contains Omega-3 fatty acids, beneficial fats which are known to help maintain joint and muscle strength.
• Juniper - Juniper is a species of evergreen plant, known for its rich antioxidant content, beneficial for our body as they combat damage in joints. These antioxidants can support joint and muscle health by lessening inflammation and promoting the body’s natural repair mechanisms.
• Eucalyptus - Eucalyptus is a plant native to Australia that’s often used in topical creams for its soothing and calming qualities. It notably even leaves a light cooling sensation on the skin.

• Manuka Oil - Manuka Oil is a type of essential oil derived from the leaves and branches of the Manuka tree native to New Zealand. Rich in antioxidants it is believed to support joint health and mobility through its natural soothing and calming properties.
• Nutmeg - Nutmeg is a fragrant spice derived from the seed of the myristic fragrans tree, traditionally used in cooking and natural remedies. Nutmeg supports muscle and joint health similarly to piperine in black pepper with its beneficial compounds supporting nutrient absorption.
• Manuka Honey - Manuka honey is a type of honey native to New Zealand, made by bees that pollinate the Manuka bush. Its unique properties support the skin’s natural healing processes through its ability to moisturise and nourish the skin.

• Beeswax - Beeswax is a natural substance produced by honeybees. It is used as a thickening agent in Koru FX and Koru Skin, due to its ability to form a protective barrier on the skin. This barrier helps to retain moisture and shield the skin from environmental elements.
• Marjoram - Marjoram is a herb from the mint family. It’s rich in magnesium and potassium which helps support the health of our muscles and joints, by supporting our muscles to contract and relax as well as help maintain balance in our body fluids.
• Rosemary - Rosemary is a herb, known for its potential to provide a soothing effect. Its calming properties, linked to compounds like rosmarinic acid and camphor, help to create a sense of relaxation and soothe muscle tension.
• Grape Seed Oil - Grape Seed Oil is a by-product of wine making that is rich in linoleic acid and antioxidants such as vitamin E. These antioxidant properties help to calm irritated skin by fighting off damage-causing particles.

Directions

Apply topically as often as required. For best results massage Koru FX into joints and muscles until the cream has absorbed.
